Privacy information

The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. It is not sent to Luminore when you preview it. You choose whether to open Telegram or WhatsApp and send the message there. Those services process the message under their own privacy policies.

The form asks for your name and enquiry. Phone, email and budget fields are optional where shown. Please include only the information needed to discuss your jewellery.

Saved pieces and language preferences are stored in this browser. Catalogue position and filter choices may be kept for the browsing session. Removing saved pieces or clearing browser site data removes those local choices. They are not an account synced across devices.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare; those providers receive the network requests needed to display the fonts. The current site does not include a third-party advertising or analytics tracker.
